Responsibilities:
Digital documentation of the project
Responsible for maintaining a consistent data structure and ensuring information visibility across diverse cloud platforms.
Lead the integration of BIM principles and ensure that the data submitted with the 3D models complies with information requirements.
Take the lead in coordinating between multiple technical disciplines and trade contractors.
Support the development of the Equipment database.
Provide software support and assistance to the team.
Research and implement innovative technology solutions to foster enhanced collaboration among teams, such as VR, AR, and AI solutions.
Process equipment integration
Collaborate with the process equipment team regarding equipment integration.
Ensure the digital integration of the points of connection (utilities supply) for equipment lines.
Develop a spatial concept for process equipment and utilities' requirements in the initial project stages.
Support
Assist in the onboarding process and engagement of consultants and contractors.
Oversee and coordinate consultant teams.
Offer software assistance to team members.
Contractual documentation of the project
Perform capability assessments for subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with the Employers Information Requirements.
Create scope of work documents and ensure clear representation of pre-requirements.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Have at least 5 years of experience working for global leading companies in supervising and managing the design/engineering of large industrial projects ($100
