A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT FOH MANAGER

This full-time position requires flexible availability.

As our Restaurant FOH Manager, you support our upper management team in all aspects of service quality, production, and maintenance for the restaurant. Each day, you arrive at work ready to make sure our costs, cash, labor, and inventory are all under control. You also train new food service team members and motivate your existing crew, ensuring every employee closely sticks to our company policies and procedures. A customer service rock star, you also maintain fast, accurate, and outstanding service, making sure each guest experiences amazing food and great customer service during every visit!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTAURANT FOH MANAGER

• 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality field
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills
• Excellent team-building skills
