As part of the CHECKredi team, you will be critical in helping our customers feel we have delivered on the promise. That means building our reputation for top-notch customer satisfaction and upholding merchant confidence in our ability to clear and accept payments of all kinds as soon as possible to ensure their maximum income-earning potential.
As a “CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST” you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer has a professional and friendly payment experience.
YOU WILL….
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to confirm, schedule and accept payments of all kinds in a timely friendly manner.
- Professionally navigate A windows based and web-based system to track and optimize customer files.
- Use your sharp listening skills and probing questions to help customers navigate the payment process.
- Monitor, update, and maintain customer databases with accurate customer information including call details, disposition of calls, payments and other results.
- Participate in quality assurance processes, programs, and incentives.

- $15.00 - $20.00 per hour plus Bonus
- Bi-Lingual pay incentives
