Experienced Bookkeeper (On site/Not Virtual)

webFEAT Complete is a 25-year-old digital marketing agency. We are seeking a reliable and personable person to replace our current bookkeeper, who is retiring after eight years. (We are sad.) Hoping to find someone who will meet all the job requirements as well as provide HR advice and documentation, answer phones, make credit collection calls, go to the post office occasionally, answer payroll questions and deal with Paycor.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Process/mail twice monthly recurring invoices
• - Retrieve and process incoming check payments from mail. Use a desk top deposit system for check.
• - Process and retrieve automatic credit card payments.
• - Process monthly commission reports
• - Work with customers account/invoicing questions.
• - Read contracts to correctly invoice new customers
• - Pull weekly financial reports as needed
• - Download financial data from bank and credit card accounts. Appropriately categorize all expenses in QuickBooks
• - Pay random invoices that may come in
• -Maintain payroll records and submit payroll twice each month.
• -Balance/reconcile all checking accounts for multiple accounts
• -Make weekly credit card payments on multiple accounts

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• - QuickBooks Desktop experience-at least four years
• - Ability to communicate with employees and customers
• - Ability to quickly learn the business and work independently
• - Problem-solving skills when dealing with customers
• - Outlook email
• - Attention to detail
• - Ability to learn other work systems
