Job Description

Apply today to join our dynamic team as a Facilities Manager. In this position, you will oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities and grounds of a high-rise condominium.

Main duties include:

  • Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules
  • Managing and supervising a team of maintenance technicians
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Coordinating with external contractors for repairs and upgrades
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  • Managing the budget for facility maintenance and repairs
  • Developing and implementing energy conservation initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Mechanical knowledge: Understanding of mechanical systems and equipment used in facilities.
  • Project management: Ability to plan, organize, and oversee facility improvement projects.
  • Maintenance management: Experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Facilities management: Understanding of facility operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  • Low voltage: Familiarity with low voltage electrical systems used in facilities.
  • Electrical: Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
  • Grounds maintenance, upkeep, and sprinkler system knowledge required.
