Assistant Multi-family/Commercial Project Manager

Position:

SpangleR Restoration is a locally and independently owned full-service Restoration and Mitigation company in the Carolina’s. We are looking to hire an Assistant write/run Multifamily & Commercial Project Manager in the Charlotte, NC market, for our growing mitigation department.

Specific Responsibilities:

·        Develop and maintain relationships with Property Managers, and Maintenance Supervisors.

·        Help drive gross profit, revenue, and earnings.

·        Schedule property visits to begin estimate.

·        Estimate and manage Remediation, Bio, Multifamily/Commercial CSTR, ERS, and board ups.

·        Communicate with property managers, maintenance supervisors, trade partners, vendors, and other professionals as necessary to ensure timely and quality completion of projects and to ensure other departments are updated on project status.

·        Coordinate with A/R department on invoicing.

·        Attend weekly WIP meetings.

·        Assist with after-hours/weekend calls and jobs when needed.

·        Coordinate with MIT Manager and MIT Project Managers to schedule MIT technicians.

·        Develop and maintain subcontractor base.

Requirements:

·        Restoration or Construction experience required.

·        Multi-family/Commercial/Property Management experience ideal

·        1+ years of Xactimate experience

·        Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

·        Moderate -level Microsoft Office skills

·        Valid driver’s license

·        Outgoing, driven, and team-oriented attitude.

·        Must understand and comply with all company policies and procedures, see handbook.
