We are looking for a Residential Specialist to join our team and provide support to our residential community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in a residential setting, be able to develop and implement individualized plans, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. The Residential Specialist will also be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, advocating for the rights of individuals, and helping to create a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
- Develop and implement individual service plans.
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for individuals with disabilities.
- Provide transportation to medical appointments and other activities as needed.
- Monitor the health and safety of individuals with disabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided.
