Job DescriptionCompany Description
- Able to develop action plans to deliver the dealerships annual goals
- An effective delegator of tasks and responsibilities
- Effective communication skills - written and oral
- Motivational leadership qualities
- Execute well-defined and accurate performance evaluations
- Recognize and comply with State and Federal regulations (OSHA, MSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Promote and enforce company policies
- Promote and ensures a safe, clean, productive, and fair work environment
- Full performance and income statement accountability
- Promote teamwork between departments and throughout the organization
- Periodically audits all components of the dealership's safety policies and procedures to ensure full compliance
Requirements:
- Successful experience managing profitability
- 2-3 years heavy equipment dealership sales/or operations experience
- Strong mechanical mindset and technical/computer skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Established construction equipment dealer that offers sales, service, rentals and parts for nationally recognized brand.
