Key Responsibilities:

• Assume full accountability for project management functions outlined in contracts, including personnel supervision, subcontractor coordination, and procurement oversight.
• Drive project execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards, while actively managing budgets and resources.
• Develop and implement staffing plans, project timelines, and performance evaluation frameworks.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently within designated regions, ensuring seamless coordination and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as PE, RG, CHMM, or PMP are advantageous.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in managing construction or remediation projects, preferably within federal and tribal jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with a strong aptitude for scheduling software.
• Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
• Willingness to travel as required, with flexibility to accommodate project demands.
