Job Description

Traveling to patients’ homes and managing their care plans according to physicians’ instructions.
Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests.
Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.
Monitoring and recording patient information.
Light housekeeping duties such as cooking, laundry and dishes.
Assisting with medical tasks such as administering medication and checking vital signs.
Assisting with personal care like bathing, grooming and getting dressed.
Accompanying patients to doctor's visits.
Completing or assisting with other errands.
Working with other healthcare professionals to create treatment plans, ensuring that patients stick to treatment plans, and monitoring patients' vital signs.
