Concrete Pump Operational Manager

 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Pump Operator to join our team. As a Concrete Pump Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete pumps to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to construction sites. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: - Operate and control concrete pumps to deliver concrete to designated areas on construction sites - Set up and dismantle concrete pumps at job sites - Inspect equipment before each use to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on concrete pumps as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment Skills: - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of concrete - Proficiency in using construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, or Heavy Bid - Knowledge of construction estimating and project scheduling - Familiarity with Civil 3D software for reading and interpreting schematics - Ability to operate and troubleshoot concrete pumps effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and contractors Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
