Aftermarket distributor company is seeking an Experienced Office Administrator to join their Akron, Ohio location. Company specializes in Car Speakers and Audio Systems.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, among other tasks.
Previous experience with Excel a must
Previous experience with QuickBooks preferred.
Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
Flexibility to help adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
Previous experience processing Amazon orders is a plus.
This job opportunity will require hands on warehouse duties up to and including loading and unloading trucks. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working as a team to accomplish excellent customer service.
