Administrative Coordinator

Hello, my name is Thomas Gillitzer and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Facilities Administrative Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description: $26-$28 Hourly

• Responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Management team and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the facility.
• This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks, managing facilities-related documentation, and assisting with facility activities.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and facility management software.
• Associates degree is required for this role.
• Fully onsite role  9:30am-6:30pm EST Mon – Fri.
