Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Assembly Technician to become an integral part of our team!

If you have good mechanical skills and you can:

  • Work with a team to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair Komar equipment
  • Interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
  • Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
  • Perform equipment testing
  • Prepare finished products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Use precision measuring instruments and gauges
  • and communicate effectively. . .

We are looking for applicants who are:

  • Dependable, reliable, and punctual
  • Safety-minded
  • Self-motivated
  • Experienced in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields for a minimum of 7 years
  • Familiar with assembly tools
  • Equipped with basic hand tools
  • Mathematically and mechanically inclined.
  • Able to handle physical workload
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check
  • Able to work with minimum supervision in a multi-task in a fast-paced environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Average level of physical exertion is medium. Required to bend, kneel, stoop, crawl, climb ladders, as well as stairs and other equipment. Required to stand and walk. Maximum unassisted lift = 50lbs. with an average of less than 35lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Inside the manufacturing building; non-uniformly heated or air-conditioned. Exposed to dust, oil, grime, fumes, and industrial lubricants. Noise level moderate, and may require hearing protection. Exposed to grinding and welding debris, eye protection required. Other PPE required, i.e., safety shoes.
