Food Truck Operator/Manager/Chef

We are seeking a Food Truck Operator/Manager/Chef to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all food truck activities
- Oversee food truck schedule and location, update and post weekly
- Purchase ingredients and prepare food for sale
- Operate truck, cooking equipment, and point of sale system
- Maintain and build relationships with current and future partners to operate at various locations, and venues
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations and pass inspections
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Current class E drivers license with safe driving record
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive, communicate, and and plan effectively
- Strong attention to detail

Two Jerks and a Truck is owned by two Jamaican brothers (two jerks), who has perfected the recipes for Jamaican jerk chicken pork (two jerks) dishes. We make a number of other delicious Jamaican dishes (oxtail, curry chicken), and we also explore fusions like our jerk chicken egg rolls, and jerk wings drizzled in strawberry sauce as inspired by the the annual South Carolina Strawberry Festival.
