We are is seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a Marketing Coordinator at Opusign, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of our marketing strategies across various channels to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field
Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate setting
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for developing compelling content and marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
