WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
To provide interpretation, translate documents and assist with Accounting and other administrative functions.
· Providing timely and accurate translations of e-mails, presentations, reports, etc.
· Providing accurate, simultaneous interpretation –one on one, group meetings, training etc.
· Providing audit support and coordination.
· Performing cost Analysis and Reporting.
· Producing budgets and forecasts.
· Performing product costing and pricing.
· Managing fixed assets.
· Supporting Executive members.
· Preparing and supporting presentations.
· Coordinating reports and communication between US and Japan operations.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:
· You are fluent in both English and Japanese.
· You have a four-year degree in accounting, business or related field, or two to four years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· You have two (2) years’ experience in an office setting conducting simultaneous translation.
· You have the ability to analyze costs associated with production, operations, administration etc. and can prepare detailed reports highlighting cost variances, trends and potential issues.
· You have the ability to develop and maintain budgets for various departments and projects.
· You can forecast future costs based on historical data and market trends.
· You have experience with calculating the cost of new products and current standard costs.
· You have experience with fixed asset lifecycle.
· You have the ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. Intermediate proficiency Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
· Accounting focus or certification preferred. (CMA, CPA)
· SAP experience preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
· General Office Environment eight (8) hours per day
· Must be able to travel (domestic and international).
· Must hold and maintain current driver’s license and passport.
· Available to work overtime as needed on short notice.
· Regularly required to talk or hear at moderate noise levels.
· Frequently required to stand, walk and sit.
· Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
