You're a hands-on storyteller.
In this role, you'll be an active part of our collaborative Brand team. You'll bring a distinct perspective on the power of visual and cinematic storytelling—to help us establish our presence as a sophisticated industry leader.

You look for yes.

You're flexible and self-initiated with strong collaboration and communication skills. On our fast-paced, creatively driven team, you'll be comfortable with progress and change, with an optimistic problem-solving mentality to produce high-quality results.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute a video content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and brand identity
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day video production team, including in-house and freelance editors, videographers, and other production staff
  • Oversee the end-to-end production process for a wide range of video projects, from promotional and educational content, to product demos and customer testimonials, to event capture
  • Work closely with teams in pre-pro, on-set, and post-production environments
  • Collaborate with fellow Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to create compelling video narratives that highlight our technology and its impact
  • Work closely with the Associate Creative Director for brand alignment and collaboration across all touchpoints
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient production of high-quality video content
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in video production and editing technologies to continually enhance our output
  • Proactively create systems and efficiencies for resources and needs for the crossover of multiple marketing teams

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in video production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Extensive on set, pre-pro, and post production experience
  • Proven track record of managing a video production team and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong technical skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and related tools for storyboarding
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex technical content into engaging video narratives

What you'll get:

To support you at work and beyond, we offer all our US team members fantastic benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salaries and equity grants
  • Unlimited time off to promote a healthy work-life balance
  • H/D/V coverage along with 401K, FSA, and commuter benefits
  • Team celebrations and recreation events for those close to an office
  • Home internet & phone stipend
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Ability to influence a high-performance company on its way to IPO
