Job Description

Job Description: Hal’s RV, a reputable Mobile RV Service Provider in Las Vegas, is seeking an experienced Upper Level RV Technician to join our team. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles to ensure they are safe and fully functional for our customers. Do not apply if this is not you.

We pay a Gas and Maintenance Allowance for use of your Vehicle on our work. A company Truck is provided for larger jobs, and for jobs that require hauling larger supplies and materials.

Many tools are Provided by the company, though you must have your own Basics,

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough inspections of RVs to identify issues and assess repair needs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
Repair and replace RV components, including appliances, generators, air conditioning systems, and plumbing fixtures.
Have a thorough understanding of Slide Out and Hydraulic Leveling systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance to prevent future issues.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely repairs.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Experience with Solar installation and Design is a plus
Experience with Onan, Kohler, Generac, Kohler, and EPS Generators GAS and DIESEL is a plus

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RV Technician.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing RV systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, Hydraulic, and HVAC systems in RVs.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
RVIA or RVDA certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Compensation: Competitive Pay Depending on Experience ranging from $35 to $50 Per billed hour, and Potential for Salary pay if you are worth it.
