Administrative Assistant
- $18 Hourly
- Full-Time
Position responsibilities:
• Manage all social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc with news and information, primarily created from Canva templates
• Facilitate promotions, events, and press releases as needed and/or appropriate to promote a positive image
• Frequently and consistently communicate program initiatives with newsletters, emails, and ads
• Oversee ongoing website improvement, including updating events and information
• Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences as required
• Engage in outreach and public information campaigns to increase program participation
• Continually inform board members of all programs and activities
• Other related duties as assigned
Essential skills and experience:
• 1 year administrative experience with an emphasis communications or marketing
• Excellent written and verbal skills in all forms of communication
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
• MS Office, desktop publishing, database; website platforms editing preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work well as part of a team.
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision with a high degree of accuracy and motivation
