Job Summary
The IT Specialist II delivers adaptive technical support in service of our mission to provide transformative healthcare for all. The IT Specialist II supports a broad range of devices, servers, networks, and software across the organization. In addition, the IT Specialist II contributes to IT project management and development of system infrastructure to support organizational objectives.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- BSc/BA in computer science, information technology, networking or related field of study or applicable work experience in the field of information technology.
- 2+ years of experience in network, server, and/or hardware support or experience in a related information technology field.
Preferred candidates would have work experience in server, network, VMWare, and/or workstation and end-user support.
HealthFirst Bluegrass Inc. is designated as a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) by the United States Health Resources and Services Administration. The center provides medical, behavioral health, pharmacy and dental services for patients. All sites are located in Lexington, Kentucky.
