BA Responsibilities:
· Tech Release Roadmap - Manage and ensure execution.
o Working with IT to ensure on-time, quality execution of release.
· Metrics and Reporting – Leverage tableau to systematically report out metrics.
· Attestation Efficacy – Ensure they are applied to optimize 360 output.
· Data Quality/Oversight – Ensure efficacy of data-fix releases.
o To include efficacy of Change Request 730
· Drive and fuel engagement with Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions partners involved.
Patient Authorization BA Responsibilities:
· Validate and document - What Good Looks like for Patient Authorization (Benchmark)
· By TA – Document and visualize where their Auth capture is at vs. Benchmark.
o Identify gaps relative to What Good Looks Like
· Partner with Business Product Owener as she works with each TA to plan and execute Patient Auth Strategy.
