Job Description
Role
As a Field Equipment Service Technician (also known as Beverage Equipment Technician, Coffee Machine Service Technician), you'll specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of coffee brewing and beverage equipment. You'll manage parts inventory, service call closure, and specific documentation of work assignments and time.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of mechanical and technical experience.
- Previous foodservice, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or Tech Meter experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve, diagnose equipment issues, and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and HVAC.
