Quality Inspector

Revology Cars is hiring an experienced Quality Inspector at the central Florida facility where we build new Ford-licensed reproduction 1965-68 Mustang and Shelby GT automobiles. To be successful in this role, you must have experience working in a quality assurance capacity in a manufacturing environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Quality Inspector at Revology Cars inspects and validates products in the Body-in-White (BIW) and Paint manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include:

• Perform end-of-line Body-in-White and Paint quality gate inspections.
• Populate quality gate inspection documents.
• Communicate inspection findings to the production leadership team and quality engineers.
• Recommend inspection criteria updates to quality engineer as needed, based on findings data.
• Assist with containment activity as needed.
• Assist quality engineers with root cause analysis.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate or technical degree in manufacturing technology, or a similar field.
• Minimum of (3) years of work experience in an OEM automotive manufacturer, Tier 1 automotive manufacturer, or an auto collision shop.
• Basic understanding of and interest in automobiles.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English with a high degree of fluency.
• Proficient in the use of IT productivity tools.
