Post-Closing Escrow Assistant

Responsibilities
• Review signed closing documents for proper execution and ensure all exhibits are attached
• Record documents with the appropriate County Clerk
• Mail checks and follow proper procedures to initiate wire transfers
• Prepare post-closing packages for all parties involved in the transaction
• Communicate with insurance company representatives, loan officers, real estate agents, and customers to ensure all post-closing items are handled in a timely manner
• Perform administrative and clerical duties for the escrow officer to complete all post-closing tasks
• Assume other post-closing tasks as directed

Qualifications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, communications, and customer service skills
• Diploma from high school or GED required -- some college preferred
• Administrative support, secretarial, and clerical experience required
• Strong experience with Microsoft office required, escrow software experience preferred
