Description

We are currently seeking an excellent Outside Sales Representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You'll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. Responsibilities
• Manage an organized calendar and attend scheduled appointments provided by G3 Solar
• Serve as a knowledgeable representative of G3 Solar by becoming proficient in solar energy technology and delivering exceptional customer service
• Identify and qualify prospective customers based on established criteria
• Close sales with qualified homeowners to meet individual and team sales targets
• Conduct site assessments and develop customized proposals for potential clients
• Guide customers through the sales process and address any inquiries or concerns they may have
• Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
• Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
• Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
• Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
• Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures

Qualifications
• Demonstrated success in field sales roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to travel locally up to 80% of the time and work outside of a traditional office setting within assigned sales territory
• Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, including evening and Saturday appointments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive conversations with customers and colleagues
• Access to reliable transportation and a smartphone for work-related purposes
• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing is advantageous but not required
• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
• High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
