Good Foods is seeking to fill our Systems Operations Manager position. This position will oversee the operations of the Scanning Department, computer equipment and provide IT support. The Systems Operations Manager is responsible for upholding, developing and implementing effective and efficient operational systems. This position will work directly with the General Manager to establish budgets, goals and other plans for the store. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service, possess leadership abilities and strong communication skills. The Systems Operations Manager must be dependable and reliable, having the ability to travel for training, work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes; including nights, weekends and holidays.
Essential Duties
- Maintaining Catapult operations (updates, reporting, creating sales and promotion worksheets)
- IT support (security, equipment, software maintenance, infrastructure)
- Computer equipment maintenance and updates including registers and scales
- Processing ownership resignations
- Maintaining phone system, alarm system, camera system, email and computer profiles and printers
- Designing and modifying shelf tags, scale labels, and item signs in Jaspersoft signage software
- Supporting Board elections with reporting, vote verification and tallying
- ABC licensing, beer sampling notifications
- Maintaining familiarity with PCI Compliance requirements and establishing/maintaining procedures, policies, and documentation to ensure compliance
- Researching and ensuring compliance with legal signage requirements, i.e. COOL, GMO
- Maintain receipt layout, implement any changes
- Maintain goodfoods.coop domain registration & setup
- General staff support with questions or issues
- Inventory – assigning equipment, helping troubleshoot equipment issues. Providing procedures for inventory to staff depending on store needs. Gathering, processing, formatting all inventory data and sending to accounting
- Administer credit card processor portal for user access for reporting for accounting, dispute research
- Process Monthly Equity Reporting & send to Accountants

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of Computer programing/maintenance experience
- Prefer prior knowledge of Catapult/ECRS
