Job Description

We are an outsourced IT firm specializing in mid/large sized law firms. We are expanding and need an additional manager to help achieve our vision on a larger scale. Our firm is technically progressive and has a heavy emphasis on cloud, security, and service. We also have a great culture where everyone gets along and has fun.

The Position:

This is a mostly in office position that will lead and manage our IT infrastructure team. This team handles security, maintenance and support of our client’s IT infrastructure, continually improves processes and standards to ensure a consistently superior client experience, protects client systems through security best practices and risk management frameworks, and evolves our clients’ IT postures at the brisk pace of the industry at large, all with best-in-class client satisfaction. Qualified candidates MUST have a high level of IT knowledge and savvy, be able to communicate with clients and manage team members on both technical and non-technical levels, be confident in their abilities, be willing to apply their knowledge daily, and have the grit to dig into difficult problems and find solutions.

Work Experience:

IT Infrastructure experience: 5+ years required

IT Management experience: 2+ years required

IT Outsourcing experience: 2+ years desired, but not required

IT Skills and Experience Required

Microsoft based computing, including:

Windows Server

Active Directory

Group Policy

Remote Desktop

PowerShell
