Workday Consultant

$33.00-$48.00 per hour (DOE)

1-year contract with potential for extension or perm.

Flexible PT or FT schedules available (during normal business hours)

Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid)

Open to full-time or 3 days/week. Must work normal business hours
Hybrid – 1-2 days per week in office. During training, you may be required to come to the office more
Will need to secure own parking pass ($30-$35 per month)

What you’ll be doing:

Create a project plan for how the website content will be reviewed
Provide status report outs on progress
Review approximately 300 job aids for Workday and confirm the ‘clicks’ are still valid
Work with Enterprise Business Services to get updated content when a job aid is outdated or incorrect
Link business websites with system websites in a way that makes sense for end users
Identify opportunities for job aids to be consolidated
Review video demos to ensure instructions are still valid
Lead meetings with subject matter experts to redefine how best to present job aids to end users
Coordinate FAQ review to ensure the questions and answers are still valid (approximately 250)
Identify EBS owners for each job aid
Index and add keyword searches to each job aid for core topics
Review glossary entries to determine if they are valid/needed
Index all links within a job aid so that when something changes all impacted documents can be approved
Partner with the training team to publish changes into the ARC
