IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITIES! Our client is seeking outpatient clinicians in the Philadelphia area. Client prefers fully vaccinated Independent Contractors. Minimum of 2 years experience in human services required.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Work with caseload of youth in supervised independent living program
* Meet with youth twice monthly with one visit in the the youth's residence
* Initiate discharge plan for the youth from first engagement until they successfully age out
* Perform assessments and assit youth with developing goals towards independence
* Provide mentoring, modeling and materials to aid with the learning application of life skills for the youth

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelors of Social Work & at least 1 year experience in Child Welfare
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, State Background and Child Abuse (ACT 126)
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification, & hepatitis B screener.
* Adhere precisely to interventions in treatment plan
