Two years of the following experience is required:

Medical/Surgical experience
Pacu experience
IV Insertion and phlebotomy conscious sedation

Certification/License:

RN License
AHA BLS

Schedule Notes:

must be able to work 3 11.5 hr flex shifts a week including alternate weekends and holidays 1 hr meal
