DVS is looking for a Senior Telecommunications Engineer to join our growing team. This position will be remote and requires a Secret Clearance. In this role, you will play an integral part contributing your expertise and experience and overseeing various aspects of the proposed project to include Telecommunication and Network infrastructure modernization of both network infrastructure and the installation of a voice system.

Responsibilities:

• 10 Years Network/Telecommunications.
• Telecommunications design and installation skills; Registered Communications Distribution Design (RCDD).
• Provides analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of hardware for products.
• Experience with Site Survey, Engineering, and Implementation.
• Develops test strategies, devices, and systems.
• Performs stress and performance tests on a variety of computer hardware, including circuit boards, processors, and wiring.
• Experienced in providing technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
• Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
• Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
• Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
• May supervise others.
