Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Key Holder to become an integral part of our Trollbeads team! You will be responsible for selling merchandise, working face-to-face with customers, online via social media, and creating customized pieces of jewelry.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and identify customer needs
  • Explain products and services to customers
  • Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
  • Enter and process customer orders through POS
  • Remain current in knowledge of all product lines
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
  • Opening and closing store
  • Monitor social media accounts
  • Creating appealing displays (instore and online)
  • General up-keep of the store

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in jewelry/specialty retail sales
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills and experience with face-to-face sales
  • Willing to learn
  • Follows directions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working alone and with a team
  • Open availability
  • Multi-tasker
