SUMMARY:
SUMMARY:
The Project Manager, Oracle E-Business ERP is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle E-Business ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex ERP projects, as well as a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business ERP functionality.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
· Lead and manage the project team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
· Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget
· Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including the project team, the customer, and the vendor
· Manage risks and issues throughout the project, and develop mitigation plans as needed
· Ensure that the project meets the customer's requirements and expectations
· Manage the project budget and track costs closely
· Approve all project changes and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and efficient manner
· Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
· Document all project activities and deliverables
· Close out the project and ensure that all lessons learned are captured
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience, Education and Training;
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations
· Proven experience in Oracle E-Business ERP Cloud
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
· 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations
· PMP Certification from PMI
· Experience with other ERP systems, such as CGI, Oracle, SAP, etc.
· Experience with cloud-based ERP systems
· Experience with Agile project management methodology
· Experience with change management
