Description

We're seeking a Regional Manager – Wealth Advisory Services to lead exceptional sales performance and client satisfaction by managing, coaching, guiding, and supporting Wealth Advisors and Wealth Associates within a specified market. This role involves fostering strong partnerships with business leaders to expand Wealth Advisory Services.

Responsibilities

Set sales objectives, establish success criteria, and provide coaching and education to business partners.
Offer real-time guidance and feedback by actively participating in pre-call planning, client/prospect meetings, and post-call discussions.
Devise and execute sales strategies tailored to assigned markets.
Implement and manage essential systems infrastructure supporting Wealth client interactions, including email groups, telephone services, and support tracking technologies.
Keep updated on industry trends, competitive advantages, and technological advancements.
Provide leadership to Wealth Associates, fostering their growth and identifying areas for improvement.
Drive performance excellence by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continually enhancing the client experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Services.
Proficient in Wealth and investment management operations, processes, and systems.
Experience managing sales and client service teams, achieving high-level results
Capable of achieving high results while adhering to enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

Plusses
