We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist in Columbus, OH. The Customer Support Specialist is primarily tasked with the essential function of delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Customer Support Specialist Qualifications:

• Prior customer service or sales experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year prior sales coordination or customer support experience
• Prior Customer Service experience is a plus
• Flexible with an ability to handle multiple tasks when priorities shift

Customer Support Specialist Tasks & Duties

• Drive decisions that support internal/external programs, customers and product/order commit dates
• Enter, track, monitor and coordinate customer materials.
• Complete sales transactions and new account registrations
• Manage time with customer efficiently and effectively
• Provide timely communication, leadership, and continuous feedback towards process improvement.
• Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment.
• Specific customer purchase order processing
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
