Job Description

Experience in Facilities and Maintenance Support. Understand the principles and practice, including materials (i.e. dollies, hand truck etc.). Provide labor and management of simple, non-complex maintenance duties involving use of hand tools (furniture maintenance, door repair, installation of keyboard trays, hanging of pictures, assembling small furniture items, warehousing duties tightening nuts, bolts and screws, etc.). providing labor and/or assistant for delivery of new office furniture and supplies (non-IT equipment) within the building, including monitoring necessary loading dock activities and assigned have suitable background and experience related to relocations and set-up of office furniture and supplies within the workspace and building. Also will be performing light duty preparation of meeting rooms (setting up tables, chairs, podiums, display, sound systems etc.).

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or Equivalent
Good written and verbal communications skills
Previous moving and/transportation experience

Understanding of federal rules and regulations
