We need an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal to join our team and work directly with our litigation attorneys to help our clients. The person we hire must be able to hit the ground running and work independently. Therefore, the ideal candidate should be very knowledgeable about the processes and procedures involved with federal court litigation and must have unmatched personal and professional integrity. Knowledge about Florida state court is also desired.

This may be a hybrid work position meaning the days you come into the office may be flexible.

Attention to detail is paramount and the person we hire must be willing to "play all in" with being a team player.

The candidate must take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding, including effectively managing an ever-expanding caseload.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), but fewer hours may be possible.

Qualifications

•BS or AA in legal studies or as a paralegal
•Experience with federal litigation
•Impeccable writing skills including being able to draft minor motions and notices
•Engaging verbal skills to be able to communicate directly with clients
•Ability to multi-task including tracking all actions and keeping clients current on the state of their cases
•You are a juggler of tasks and can change gears quickly
