Assistant Manager

Funbox, the world’s largest bounce park, is coming to Columbus for the Summer! Opening in May ’24 at Chantry Square Mall. If you enjoy helping children and families have an amazing day of jumping and create lasting memories, this is the job for you!

We are hiring a motivated, vigilant, responsible Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help ensure the FUN and SAFETY for all park visitors. The AGM must be available to work during the week, weekends and on holidays.

JOB DUTIES:

• Helping the General Manager with all tasks, including opening and closing the park, and managing employees and inventory.
• Maintain a fun & safe environment inside the park, monitoring activity and stepping in and speaking up when necessary to enforce rules and ensure safety.
• Be very friendly and outgoing with all visitors.
• Helping visitors check-in, sign waivers and make purchases with a great attitude.
• Ability to follow the instructions of your supervisor.
• Help clean the park; some janitorial duties will be necessary.
• Help drain and dry the park after rain.
• Keep calm and collected should there be unforeseen incidents or accidents and report promptly to supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills. Customer Service/Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

SCHEDULE:

• Some weekdays, weekends & holidays
• No overtime
