Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of diverse events, including but not limited to product launches, promotional events, and corporate gatherings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment setup.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, registration, and attendee engagement.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure the success of events and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not required.
