As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. - Collect and confirm pet and owner information
- Answer phones
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
- Process payments
- Other administrative duties, as assigned
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication with clients and coworkers
- Comfortable working with a variety of animals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and other technology
