Essential Job Functions

• Must have active driver’s license, and the ability to deliver and drive for extensive periods of time
• Work with Agency Relations team to execute tasks
• Coordinate logistics, orders, delivery
• Respond to customer complaints/issues in a timely manner working in collaboration with other internal teams to resolve.
Additional Responsibilities
Additional duties required of the position.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding services, schedule changes, food safety, product marketing & movement.
• Consult with food sourcing and agency relations teams on strategies for movement/turns of close dated product.
• Additional duties as assigned
Education Example: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent discipline
• High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Example: At least one year cost accounting experience or equivalent formal training/education.
• Extensive experience in customer service. Internal and External required.
Skills & Abilities Example: Work productively with frequent interruptions. Communicate professionally/effectively with relevant members of the department as well as other parts of the organization and customers. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Type at least 55 wpm.
• Driver’s License required
• Working experience in the use of technology applications and infrastructure is strongly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to accomplish goals within timeframes and complete reports by appropriate dates.
