Sr. Project Manager
- $120,000 to $155,000 Yearly (plus commission)

• Set up the schedule of values.
• Own and manage all project aspects to ensure on-time and within-budget
completion, and managing the schedule effectively.
• Handle submittals and maintain up-to-date submittal registries.
• Develop and update project schedules, safety and quality control plans, and
environmental controls and documents.
• Create proper RFIs and estimate change orders.
• Write and manage change orders and assist with scope reviews.
• Write and buyout contracts, manage closeout documents.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal
teams.
• Lead and manage weekly project update meetings with corporate and client key
stakeholders.
Experience:
• 15 years of construction experience in Commercial, Federal, and/or Public projects.
• Experience as a Construction Project Manager on $5M+
• Federal/Corps of Engineers (USACE), NAVFAC/VA, Large
Commercial, or Public projects.
• Extensive experience in Federal construction under FARs, DFARs, and VAARs
preferred.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as a Project Manager.
• Willingness to travel for nationwide federal projects.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
• Field experience and OSHA 30 certification are preferred.
• USACE CQM certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in writing Quality Control and Safety plans, as well as Project Plans for
proposals preferred.
• Scheduling experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project preferred.
