As a community-based behavioral health services provider, we empower individuals with emotional, behavioral, and social needs. We have immediate openings for QMHP-A, QMHP-C and QMHP-T professionals to provide mental health services to adolescents, children, and adults.

As an Foundations to Success team member, you'll be rendering services in Intensive In-Home (IIH) and Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) programs. You'll be responsible for providing direct mental health treatment to individuals, timely documentation of clinical information, and participating in mandatory clinical supervision, staff meetings, and trainings.

You'll manage a caseload of clients on an intensive basis, utilizing short-term, solution-focused treatment strategies. You'll develop individualized service plans, implement problem areas and needs, and work collaboratively with affiliated case professionals to address goals, provide coping techniques, and facilitate skill-building interventions. You'll also link clients and families to wrap-around services through referrals and other documented measures.
