What Responsibilities Will You Have?

·      Assisting customers and motivating staff to perform in a positive work environment

·      Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and proper disposal of records

·      Maintains store efficiency

·      Implements store policies and procedures

·      Training new team members

·      Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

·      Run reports and double-check that work is completed correctly

·      Report results to the authorized recipient

·      Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services

•      Assist the store manager to implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures

•     Customer Service

•     Phlebotomy lab draws

•   Receptionist Duties

•   Answering Multi-Line Phones

•   Data Entry

•   Cashier

•   Work in close proximity with customers – PPE provided

•   Fingerprint Technician - will train

•   Filing

•   Ability and willingness to upsell services

 Qualifications Include:

• Phlebotomy: 2 years (Required)
• Medical Assistant: 2 years (Required)
• Medical Assistant Certification

• At least 21 years of age

•  Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $24.00/hour.
