```Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Engineer), you will be responsible for safely completing maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is in good operating condition. You will contribute to plant maintenance activities in a variety of craft disciplines, showing a proactive attitude to minimize equipment downtime and lost production capability.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, with technical education a plus.
5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or a related field.
Proficiency in PLC, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting skills, with strong industrial electrical experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of mechanical systems including gear boxes, motors, air compressors, pumps, AC, DC, drive troubleshooting, etc.
Ability to navigate electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints for planning and troubleshooting.
Strong organization skills, self-starter motivation, and a continuous improvement mindset.
