Job Description

We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, inspirational team members to join our New York team as a Flight Checker. Please submit your resume highlighting your relevant experience.

Work Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:00AM to 2:30PM
2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM

Responsibilities:

Responsible for checking prepared meals, ensuring that the meals are matching with the specification and comply with menu cards.
You will also ensure you have to checked any requests for special meals or last-minute requests (additional meals, aircraft changes, return catering, etc.).
Report any discrepancies with labelling or paperwork to Shift Manager.
You will be responsible to do final quality and quantity checks on packed flights

Qualifications:

Ability to work in chilled environment
Have a basic understanding of Food Safety, you will attend training as part of the role to achieve Level 2 Food Safety
Meticulous attention to detail and data driven with the ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track solutions
