HR Generalist
- Full-Time
- Identify the right talent for a position. This includes creating job descriptions and requisitions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and screening them through interviews and assessments.
- Manages the entire recruitment process, including making offers, writing offer letters, and coordinating physicals and background checks with third party vendors.
- Conducts new hire orientation and onboarding for all employees.
- Process terminations and make appropriate system changes for salary increases, as well as off boarding paperwork.
- Manage HRIS data to run monthly reports to analyze turnover and hiring metrics.
- The HR generalist will report to the HR Manager and have the ability to work with various stakeholders within an organization. This includes the hiring managers, department heads, and hourly associates, on a daily basis.
- Work with external partners such as the corporate centers of expertise/excellence, recruiting agencies and job boards.
- B.S. in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Strong HRIS background/Microsoft office
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in HR in a manufacturing organization.
- Experience with Day Force, Workday, UKG or a similar HRIS system
- Experience with Attendance point systems
