• Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand and meet potential clients' insurance requirements.
• Present and sell insurance products and services to prospective clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Stay informed of changes in the insurance industry and understand the products and services offered by the agency.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

• Proven experience as an insurance sales representative or similar role; experience in remote sales is a plus.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Valid insurance license in one or more states.
