Agile Program Development Associate (3-6 Months Non-paid)

Job Summary:

The Agile Program Development Associate will create and refine agile training programs, contributing to the transformational objectives of APlus Merit Consulting LLC. This position offers a unique opportunity to delve into the principles of agile methodologies, supporting both individual and organizational growth in agile practices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

· Proven interest or experience in project management, educational program development, or a related field.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and refine curriculum for agile training programs.

· Design and craft educational PowerPoint presentations for training modules.

· Assist in the coordination and planning of training sessions and workshops.

· Engage with participants to gather feedback and make iterative improvements to training content.

· Conduct research on the latest agile practices to enhance training materials.

· Support the marketing team in promoting training programs to a broader audience.

· Organizing, coordinating, and hosting weekly mentoring activities with other trainees.

· Providing feedback to program director.

· Providing input regarding program design.

· Tracking and evaluating program participants.

· Manage and update project documentation and materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
